I have known Tri-County contracting for over 10 years when they replaced my roof and returned every year to inspect the roof to make sure there were no issues.

Altho there was a problem with the window installation, they responded immediately, fixed everything without hesitation, and did a great job. Brian was wonderful.
Just had our first year inspection...Chris checked out everything and re-did some old, dried out caulk around our water heater exhaust pipe. Glad he did because I'm not one for going on roofs, much less knowing what to look for if I did. These annual inspections alone make it worth going with Tri-County!
