an annual inspection that is done each fall.This gives us peace of mind

There was leaking around our chimney. Sam come to inspect it. Based on thoroughly inspection, Sam suspected that the leaking could be flashing and chimney. He took many pictures and shared the pictures with his colleagues to further pinpoint the issues. The final conclusion from the company was mortar cracks on the chimney was to blame.
